Come run in the dark with Avi Solomon – a blind sprinter, long-distance athlete, Israeli national team player in goalball, theater actor, Wingate graduate, professional drummer, social entrepreneur and father of seven.
When you meet Avi, who went blind in his twenties, you are exposed to a man full of joy in life knowing, according to him, that there are worse things.
At the meeting, the participants will be exposed to the extraordinary story of his life – starting with his arrival in Israel, through the many challenges and opportunities that came his way, his participation in sports competitions in Israel and around the world (third place in the European Championship) to his special activities today.
The meeting also includes a conversation and time for questions and answers with Avi.
