Experiential and inspiring workshop led by Chen Kroter.
Chen was born deaf. At the age of 21, her life turned upside down when she was diagnosed with Usher Syndrome, and was told that she would eventually lose her sight as well. The workshop allows participants to learn about Usher Syndrome and Chen’s life story – her daily struggles, dreams and aspirations, difficulties and victories in living with a sensory impairment.
The workshop invites participants to experience and step into the shoes of people with Usher Syndrome using unique tools.
