The BlackOut Restaurant is open on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. There are workshops at the BlackOut Restaurant every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evening. There is usually a performance at 8:30 PM on Thursdays. You can find out about other activities at different times on the website. Reservations are required for all center activities.

Our call center is active Sunday-Thursday between the hours of 9:00-16:00 at 03-6330808.

You can enter “Jaffa Port Parking” in Waze. The parking lot is a five-minute walk from the center.

After placing an order, you will receive a text message with the tickets on the mobile device linked to the order. In addition, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address specified during the purchase. If you did not receive an order confirmation in your email, please check your spam folder. Please include your order number, the name of the performance, the date, your phone number, and your email address. You can cancel or exchange theater tickets and workshop tickets up to 72 hours before the performance or workshop.

In order to reserve a seat at the BlackOut Restaurant, you must enter your credit card details for a deposit. The card will not be charged. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the time of your meal. In case of no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of this time, your credit card will be charged 30 NIS per diner. If you cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before your meal, no deposit will be charged.

Yes, the center is air-conditioned throughout the year. However, it is recommended to bring warm and suitable clothing in advance

Please note that places will be held for you until the start time of the activity as written on the invitation. Unfortunately, latecomers will not be allowed to enter the activity unless at the sole discretion of the center and if possible.

Activities are recommended from the age of 12. If there is a special event for children under the age of 12, we will mention it in the activity program.

  2. There is an accessible elevator that allows convenient access to the workshop room.
  3. The first row in the theater is adapted for people with disabilities in wheelchairs.
  4. You can enter the restaurant with a manual wheelchair. Entry with a motorized wheelchair is only allowed if it can be turned off and does not have any components that reflect light. If possible, you can switch to a manual wheelchair provided by the center. You must notify us about this up to two business days before your visit.

Yes, the website is secure. The website uses SSL, which is an encryption-based internet security protocol that aims to ensure privacy, authentication, and data integrity in internet communication.

Sure. Regarding theater performances, visual descriptions, headphones, and FM transmitters can be coordinated in advance by calling +972 3-6330808 or emailing welcome@nalagaat.org.il. It is not possible to bring bags and objects that emit light into the restaurant. It is also not possible to bring cell phones. Diners receive a locker with a lock where they can store all their belongings.

Entrance to the restaurant is recommended for ages 12 and up, accompanied by an adult (up to age 18).

Yes, there are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.

No, the performances are with theater lighting, as in any theater.

Yes, all performances have subtitles in Hebrew and English, and sometimes there is interpretation by Israeli Sign Language interpreters into Hebrew.
