For years, the ‘Uri Buri’ restaurant in Acre has been a pilgrimage site for culinary and gastronomic enthusiasts of the sea. ‘Uri Buri’ in Acre is known as one of the best restaurants in the country, was awarded the title of one of the best restaurants in the world for 2019 and the best restaurant in the Middle East and Israel according to the international traveler rating site TripAdvisor.
Uri Yirmias, one of the veteran restaurateurs in the country, opened ‘Uri Buri’ restaurant as a dedicated fish and seafood restaurant that brought a revolution to the fish-eating culture in Israel – in preparation, seasoning, serving, and guest experience.
The fish and seafood are fresh, seasonal, and carefully and imaginatively prepared, which has earned the chef titles and articles in important magazines around the world. Uri’s kitchen suits every palate and everyone can find themselves among the varied menu items, including vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Now Uri is coming to the Na Laga’at Center in Jaffa, and residents of Tel-Aviv and it’s suburbs can easily enjoy his rich cuisine – this time in complete darkness.
