Oren Itzhaki

Oren Itzhaki has studied in TAU. Most of his career Oren took part in establishing unique languages within the Israeli culture. The Mediatheque, Hasimta Theater, and the Mayumana dance company are just some examples.

Oren began his role as CEO of the Na Laga’at center in 2017. Since his arrival to Na Laga’at, various exciting initiatives have been created. Like music performances in the dark, featuring Israeli household names like Miri Mesika and Shalom Hanoch.

The “Groundbreaking Arts Festival” that has gained a loyal Audience and built a reputation as an innovative cultural happening, and collaborations with the EU for the purpose of mutual information transfer.

Oren always tries to implement influential social initiatives, and emphasizes “the forward looking of a new action creates curiosity that engages the entire organization to a different view of an influential social action”.

In his role as CEO, Oren is responsible for 120 workers, managing a budget of more than 10 million shekels annually, contact with government officials, fundraising and more.

Lives in Tel-Aviv, married to Nirit and a father of three.
