Job responsibilities: ·

  • Managing the marketing department (including digital marketing, customer service, and community relations)
  • Developing a marketing strategy
  • Building annual work plan according to strategy, implementing and managing it, as well as managing departmental budget accordingly
  • Managing and strengthening brand image – responsible for content writing and the organization’s media presence, sales promotion and creating partnerships with business and institutional entities, initiating and executing marketing activities online and on social media
  • Responsibility for advertising, PR, paid promotion, and branding
  • Responsibility for customer service
  • Hands-on responsibility and execution of digital marketing
  • Managing the organization’s website in Hebrew and English
  • Managing and operating Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business and YouTube channel profiles
  • Producing digital and printed marketing materials and working with designers and printers
  • Managing photoshoots for still pictures and promotional videos

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing – mandatory
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing management – mandatory
  • High-level Hebrew and English writing and speaking skills – mandatory
  • Experience in managing a small team – advantage

Full-time position in Jaffa Port. The position is open to both women and men.
