Main responsibilities: 

· Managing the organization’s website in Hebrew and English 

· Managing and operating pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, and a YouTube channel  

· Producing digital and printed marketing materials and working with designers and printing houses 

· Managing photo shoots for still images, trailers, documentation of performances, promotional videos, etc. 

· Working with a public relations company 

· Working with a paid promotion company 

· Designing and sending newsletters 

· Sending SMS messages 

· Creating and managing collaborations 

· Additional projects as required by the department

Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in digital marketing of at least 3 years
a deep understanding of marketing activities on social networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and additional digital tools – mandatory 
Experience in campaign management: previous experience in managing digital campaigns, and ability to deliver measurable results and analysis – mandatory 

Excellent English skills – mandatory 

Writing ability and creativity: developing and implementing innovative and creative ideas in marketing campaigns 

Project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and control timelines and budget 

Ability to work in a team and independently hands-on 

Technological knowledge: understanding of technological tools such as Canva, Monday, WordPress 

Video editing knowledge – advantage 

Flexibility in working hours – advantage

The role includes:

• Locating potential donors
• Creating and maintaining ongoing contact with donors
• Writing and submitting applications and performance reports to government bodies, foundations, companies, and private donors

 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to articulate orally and in writing at a high level – both English and Hebrew
• Proven experience in recruiting and developing resources – a significant advantage
• High level of written and oral English – mandatory. Additional languages – an advantage
• Full command of Office software, and the ability to learn other software
• Attention to details
• Excellent service and human relations
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience working with the third sector – an advantage

Part-time position, 80% (with a possibility of continuing to a full-time position), Sunday-Thursday.
Flexible working hours.
Working from the Na Laga’at center in the port of Jaffa.

The Human Resource Representative will assist the Human Resource Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks including: reviewing job applications from prospective employees, managing and overseeing records, creating fun activities for the staff and generating reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • B.A in social studies – advantage
  • HR experience – significant advantage
  • Experience in team management – advantage

Part-time position, 80%, Sunday-Thursday.
Flexible working hours.
Working from the Na Laga’at center in the port of Jaffa.

Work Schedule: Evening shifts
