The website was created and operated by the “Na Laga’at” Center in order to provide our customers with a convenient means of purchasing tickets and obtaining information about the center’s activities, the restaurant, workshops, the theater, performances, creators and actors. The website is intended for the general public.

Ticket Purchase for the General Public
In order to place an order, the user will be required to provide various details, such as: first name, last name, full address, including street name, house number, apartment number, city and zip code, phone number for contact, email address, credit card details of the user. The details that must be provided will be marked explicitly in the appropriate fields. The user will not be able to place an order without filling in the required fields.
Tickets will be ordered using a credit card. The transaction is subject to the approval of the credit card company through which the user has committed. Upon completion of the order, a confirmation will be sent to the user’s email address, including the order details and a notification that the order has been successfully completed.
Tickets can be purchased from the main menu located at the top of each page: from the performance page, the performance calendar, from the ticket purchase/quick purchase page, or from different pages on the site using a dedicated button.
At the end of the order on the website or by phone, the customer will receive an order confirmation and one day before the activity a link containing the tickets he ordered will be sent to the mobile number and email he specified in the order. By clicking on the link, the customer will be able to see the tickets he ordered. These tickets must be presented to the ushers when entering the hall on the evening of the performance.
Please note, each ticket contains a unique barcode and can be used only once. In addition, any change to the original order will be automatically updated in the tickets sent to the customer.
Please note that seats will be held for you until the start time of the performance as written on the ticket. Unfortunately, latecomers will not be allowed to enter the performances unless at the sole discretion of the center and if possible.
Non-Receipt of Order Confirmation Email:
After completing the payment for an order, an automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the order process. If the confirmation is not received in your inbox, please check your spam folder or similar folders. If the confirmation is still not found, there may have been an error in entering the email address during the order process. In this case, you can contact us using the “Contact Us” form located at the bottom of each page or under “Useful Information” in the main menu of each page.
Cancellation/Refund of Tickets Purchased on the Website:
To cancel transactions made on the website, you can do so at the central counter on-site, by calling 03-6330808 extension 1, or by emailing welcome@nalagaat.org.il, stating the order number, show name, date, phone number, and email address. You can cancel/exchange tickets up to 72 hours before the show. Please note: In order to reserve a place in the restaurant, you must enter your credit card details for a deposit. The card will not be charged. You can cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the reservation time. In case of no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation time, the credit card will be charged 30 NIS per person. If the reservation is cancelled/exchanged up to 24 hours before the meal, the deposit will be refunded to the customer.

The use of this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is subject to the terms of use set forth below. Use of the Website constitutes the consent of the customer on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Customer”) to the terms of use. The “Na Laga’at” Center may change the terms of use of the Website from time to time, without prior notice, and the changes will take effect upon their publication. The terms of use of the Website are written in the masculine gender for convenience only, and are addressed to both women and men.
The Website protects the privacy of its visitors/users. All details will be kept confidential and will not be transferred to anyone who is not authorized to do so by law or by the regulations without the user’s consent and will not be used for any purpose other than the uses specified below.
Database and Information Security:
By law, the user is not obligated to provide information or data about himself/herself. However, the user will not be able to place orders through the Website without providing this information. The information and data that the user provides to the Website when making a purchase through the Website, as mentioned above, will be stored in the database of the “Na Laga’at” Center.
The Center will take all reasonable security measures to protect the information provided by the user.
The website complies with the PCI DSS standard and operates information security and user privacy systems. The systems minimize the risk to the information transmitted by the user through the Internet system. However, the site cannot guarantee perfect security against unauthorized intrusions. Therefore, the site will not bear any responsibility, direct or indirect, in cases of use of information and images provided by the user resulting, directly or indirectly, from unfair use by others or as a result of acts and/or omissions that are not under the control of the site.
Use of Information
The information or data provided by the user will be used in accordance with the terms of the Information Security Policy, the provisions of the law, and for the following purposes:
Fulfillment of orders and purchase of subscriptions and/or tickets for performances, workshops, lectures, and shows taking place at the Center.
Sending information and publications regarding the Center’s activities to the user’s email address. The user may notify the Theater at any time that they do not wish to receive this information and content.
Contacting the user regarding an order they have placed.
The Na Laga’at Center undertakes to avoid, as far as possible, disclosing the user’s details to third parties, unless authorized by the user or required to do so in order to comply with a request made by the user or in the event that the user violates the terms of use of the website or performs actions through the website that appear to be contrary to law or an attempt to perform such actions, or in the event that the Na Laga’at Center receives a court order instructing it to disclose details about the user to any third party.
User Responsibility
The user agrees that they shall be solely responsible for any damage and/or loss caused to them as a result of using the information listed on the website, including third parties.
Website Availability
The Center undertakes to manage and maintain the website to the best of its ability. However, the Center does not undertake that the use of the website will be available at all times and without errors, or that any defect or flaw in the service will be repaired. We also reserve the right to discontinue the website without any prior notice.
Intellectual Property and Copyrights
The website is owned exclusively by Na Laga’at and is its intellectual property. No person shall have or have any financial or spiritual claims or rights to the website, present or future, without a written contract signed by the Na Laga’at Center.
A user may not transfer, distribute and/or copy any information or image that is protected by copyright, trademark, or any information that belongs to an intellectual property owner, without the written consent of a person authorized to do so by the Na Laga’at Center.
Jurisdiction
In any case of dispute or disagreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of these regulations, including the terms of use thereof and anything arising from them and/or related to them, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be that of the competent court in Tel Aviv.

These regulations and their terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel only.
