The Nalaga’at Festival for the Groundbreaking Arts was launched in 2017 as a special platform for artists with sensory disabilities. The Festival invites theater, dance and music performers to present their original works on sensory limitations, which break through the physical boundaries.

Thousands of visitors have already attended the Festival. For many of them, this was their first exposure to the art of and artistic dialog with artists with sensory disabilities. In this way, the Nalaga’at Festival expands the boundaries of artistic enterprise while extending the reach and impact of Nalaga’at within our society.
