Shoval Ben Zeev

Actor

Shoval was born in Israel and currently lives in Ramat Gan. He was born deaf into a hearing family. Shoval is a father of two deaf children and grandfather of a hearing granddaughter.

Education and career: He studied graphic design at WIZO Haifa College and is passionate about art in all its forms. In 2000 he entered the world of theater when he started to study acting under Yoram Levinstein in a program that combined deaf and hearing actors. Shoval currently performs in the plays “Hear My Voice,” “Abyss,” “Deaf Conversation,” and the new children’s play “The Little Prince.” He also serves as a guide in the “Invitation to Silence” exhibition at the Israeli Children’s Museum in Holon.
